La <em>Convenci\u00f3n de la ONU contra el Cibercrimen<\/em> busca fortalecer la cooperaci\u00f3n internacional y proporcionar asistencia t\u00e9cnica y apoyo en la construcci\u00f3n de capacidades, especialmente a los pa\u00edses en desarrollo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Seg\u00fan el Presidente de la Asamblea General, Phil\u00e9mon Yang, la convenci\u00f3n ofrece herramientas para prevenir y combatir el cibercrimen, protegiendo a las personas y sus derechos en l\u00ednea.
